"Loved the associates, hated the experience after. I guarantee that a mistake was made with the order. I received my insert in a reasonable amount of time, but an order confirmation for my cover wasn't sent until yesterday (after I called the store repeatedly, after I called your customer service number). Instead of acknowledging the error, you pretended they simply shipped from different warehouses. A better customer experience would have been to expedite the cover since it was YOUR error. Completely ridiculous to wait two weeks for my cover, while my sac just sits exposed to the elements."

"I had a horrendous experience ordering my lovesac. It started with the associate ordering the wrong size cover. When corrected after I called a week later, the cover decided to go on backorder and no one in the store communicated this to me. I received my order after 3 weeks and was promised only one week. Communication was terrible. I felt that I had to call repeatedly in order to get any form of notification or general updates."

"Sat on a couch at Cosco. Would like to have more time with the actual furniture to make sure there is enough support. Am currently experiencing a back ache from sagging furniture, want something new with more support. Need to visit store and want to see difficulty of moving and rearranging couch. Also want to see if there is a base on which to prop one of the sacs."
