"My experience at the store was wonderful. My experience with customer service not so great. My delivered items were dropped off at the wrong address. Correct address was on the boxes but dropped on the driveway of another person's house. I contacted customer service and did not get a satisfactory answer. The person responding didn't use proper English and asked for my address only. As my address was correct on both the order form and on the boxes, I explained again that the delivery company put the boxes on the wrong property. I am expecting additional products to be delivered to another home and I want to be assured that this time it will be delivered to the correct address. I still have not had proper communication with customer service and I've asked them to call so that we can talk without any misunderstanding."

They're the best seats for long hours of reading, giving enough support and comfort so that I can focus on my work. I love that the Citysac is small enough to fit in the corner of my office, but big enough for my husband and I to both sit in one to watch a movie together. A Moviesac probably would be much better for a pair of lovebirds, but in our limited space a Citysac works just fine. (I'm 5'3 and he's 5'10.)"
