"I feel that your customer service and store associates should have better communication. I have purchased 3 love sac purchases in the past 2 months. And I feel the best experience I had was online without an associate helping. My biggest purchase 8 sided 7 seats, there was very little information received or updates about the status. I frequently called the store or customer service. I was told 3 different time frames it would be delivered and during the last call I finally found out my sac had shipped and delivery would be the next day but no one updated the system. Purchases at this price range should be more organized."
