We bought similar branded throws at $50 from Macy's that were being offered for $250 at Lovesac. Appreciate the free gift and wanted to purchase a fur cover but prices seemed too high for new home buyers."

"We purchased our sactional and it came quick and on time. Unfortunately when it arrived, we were missing most of the covers, but received covers that we didn't need. After some research we discovered we were quoted, and then purchased a completely incomplete order. We weren't too happy with that as we were having a houseful of guests, but I will say love sac made it right. They ordered the right pieces, did not charge us the $2500 that was misquoted, and came out to help us put it together as we were on crunch time. We were extremely dissappointed when we learned of the mis-order, but truly couldn't have been happier with how they chose to correct it."

We tried various cushions, flipped through all the fabric options, and played with the blocks to find the optimal number of pieces for our living space. "Nice, new store. Although very small. Product delivered exactly as stated. Took some time to figure out how to put it together. Very comfortable but too large. Honestly for the same money-mine was $600 for chair & 1 side- I could have bought a better quality loveseat from a good furniture company.
