"so hard to put on sectional fabric.....ridiculous and look]s horrible, I'm extremely upset at the time and effort to put on fabric and looks like an amateur. like wghy wouldn't/t u tell the customer how difficult to take out of boxes and put on cushions? sounds easy but was horrible. worse experience ever, maybe add a little to price to unload and put on fabric. for the amount of money spent, could have a sofa delivered and put together,,,,unbelievable and ridiculous! still upset"

"We have been very happy with our Sactional and the Lovesac team at the Flatiron location. I honestly don’t think that we would have purchased one if it was not for the sales team in the Flatiron store. They helped show us everything and answered all of our questions. They made us very comfortable with the investment that we made in our Sactional. Everything that they had told us has been very true. We have tested the durability of the Sactional quite a bit so far. This includes our dogs (including a Great Dane), children, game nights, wine (red wine) and overall life. The Sactional has held up SUPER well and it has been very easily clean.As far as comfort, we chose lovesoft and it’s outstanding. We move parts of the sectional around to watch movies or play games. We have used the cushions directly on the floor several times. The support and cushion have held up and are still soft and very comfortable. When we have our family game nights, our family and friends have an option for an air mattress, cot or the sectional. They will almost always fight over who gets to sleep on the sectional. I see a lot of people say the price is high, and initially it can feel that way, BUT in my opinion when you look at how universal the sectional is, how easy it is to move, how easy it is to clean EVERY part, and how easy it is to replace one part if needed… I think it is well priced. For example… When someone needs to clean the back and sides of a normal couch/loveseat there is no easy way. For our sectional it was a few minutes to get it apart and the covers in the wash. Or in the case of friend leaving a box cutter open in his pocket, he sat down and cut into one of the covers on the arm/side. He was able to buy a new one and we put it on. We didn’t have to replace a whole thing. In short... We are very happy that we purchased what we did and we are hoping that once we get moved we can get an outside Sactional started and a Supersac. YES we LOVE the it that muc"
