"As mentioned in the title, the quality of the Squattoman I ordered was as expected of LoveSac.
The shipping however, was much longer than expected. It took over 2 weeks of ordering to receive the full contents. Also, the insert and cover shipped separately, both through FedEx. Another small annoyance was that FedEx required me to pick up the cover at the FedEx store. They did not have the ability to deliver to my apartment, since they don't have the universal postal key to get through the front gate, however USPS and Amazon never seem to have this issue.
Overall I'm happy with the order, but the shipping really needs to step up it's game."
"Placed an order most came quickly but the cover for the shorter back pillow took for ever. We I called the third time they were iffy on the order. I said they should call if things were running behind, then the manager said oh we stock those now. Really? It still took two weeks on top of the 8 weeks. "

"I bought a Big One and the bean bag got to my place before the cover. We opened the box and started using it with no cover and it was awesome. The cover arrived 2 weeks later and for our surprise, the cover holds the bean bag tight, so it looks like a huge tall rock in the middle of our TV room. It doesn't matter how much effort we put to spread the foam and make it wider and less tall, it still looks and feels weird. At the end, only one person can use it at a time, because if another one tries to seat together, the second person rolls over the first one. We kinda like it, but I feel a lot disappointed with the product."
