"Charged me two finance payments before it was even delivered"

"Buying our Lovesac was fun and it arrived quickly, but the product was not quite as expected. The cushions are very firm and uncomfortable to sit on. I need to use a whole bunch of other pillows to make sitting on the thing bearable but then I'm in a weird position and so even that isn't the best solution. I'm assuming that since the products in the store were so comfortable, that eventually they'll break in and be that comfortable, but right now I find myself grudgingly sitting on it because it is so uncomfortable. It was also a lot harder to put together than I thought it would be. I haven't rearranged them yet because it was such a chore to get them into the position that they're currently in that I don't want to mess with it. I like the theory behind the product and it'll probably be really nice when we move and don't have a huge sectional to deal with but right now I'm regretting the purchase and am so glad that it wasn't full price. It's definitely not worth it at full price. At least not if you're looking for a comfortable couch to lounge on."

"Love love love our sac so much..that we named her Henrietta. From shopping , till now it has been a great experience. Only one hiccup. When we open the case from shipping, the plastic bag that was protecting the sac got seriously caught in the large ziper of the shipping duffel bag-and ruined the zipper thus rendering that great case useless. If you could ship us a new case that favor would be totally appreciated by the 7 year old owner of Henrietta, the 6' lovesac, that he also calls his Nest. Thanks for everything!"

"The product is fantastic, however the shipping time is the turn off. We received the sack itself in a week, but the cover came 8 weeks later. There just needs to be more inventory on hand and faster shipping, then it would be a 5 star rating."

"Our sales person was great. Well, really we had two sales people. One was just ok and the other was awesome. However, now that we have our Lovesac we are realizing that it is just too shallow. It feels like we are fighting to stay one it. I guess we will have to spend even more money and purchase more pieces to make it deeper. Ugh. This is getting really expensive...

"I love the versatility of the Love Sac brand. I initially bought a love seat but have now turned it into a sofa. Love the ease of putting the pieces together and that I can change it back to a love seat in the future if I want to. We also have two love sacs. These are hands down my kids (teens) favorite chairs in the whole house. Shipping was quicker than I was promised. I had a small issue with the bolts and the store manager took care of it quickly and efficiently. I am completely satisfied with my experience and products."

"We loved our first sectional so much that we purchased an additional sactional and movie sac for our basement. Perfect for a busy family with little ones that love to make messes as most things can be wiped off with a wet wipe or just remove the cover and toss it in the washer. We were originally looking at lower priced items from other retailers but once we researched and learned about lovesacs durability it was a no brainer! Buy a couch for $1500 that my children will trash within a year or payable double and we are going on 3 years with our first set and it still looks brand new!"

"My husband and I purchased a cover for our older style Lovesac at a local Vegas store. Upon deciding which cover to purchase, it was explained by the sales associate that the shipping would be within a few weeks (7-14 days). We were pleasantly surprised by the fast shipping and agreed to complete the sale. Being that my husband and I would be out of town in a little less than a month we assumed the cover would be delivered before we left. 2 weeks pass and no cover. I called the store we purchased from and was instructed by another associate that it was on back order and would take another week or so to be delivered, arriving while we were away. It was never explained to us during the sale that the cover was on back-order and would take more than a MONTH to be delivered. I understand that it was a small oversight on the associates' part, however I did not receive any email from Lovesac upon purchasing that this cover was a back order item. I would hope that in the future it will be more explicitly stated which items are on back order upon initial purchase. Luckily we had a friend kind enough to bring the cover into our house while we were away.

Despite our displeasure with the sale portion of our purchase we are VERY SATISFIED with the cover itself. As usual it is amazing quality as well as comfort. "

"The lovesac pieces are not light.. Might be difficult for some people to unbox or put together.. but once they are all set up.. these are great pieces..both the sactionals and the sacs.."

"After owning a love sac for over 10 years, I bought a 9 seat and 9 sided sactional. It's a huge investement that I want to love. And it looks great, it really does. I live the versatility of the modular set, and the removable covers that can be washed, but the cushions leave way too much to be desired, at this point. They are are nothing like the ones on the sactional my sister bought a few months earlier, or like the ones in the store. When you take a seat, you almost bounce up, they are so firm. And the back cushions are so soft that you almost feel the back if the couch every time you lean back.

I went into the closest store to ask for help over one month ago and have heard nothing back. They said they would put an inquiry in to the online sales. I had to buy it online because I called the store a few times during regular business hours and got a recording every time (so i gave up with the local store and went online).

I've recently noticed that one of the seat covers has a couple of imperfections in the fabric. At this rate I feel like that will never get resolved since I can't even get help with the cushions.

After spending over 6k on a couch, this is a pretty frustrating investment thus far."

"I received a postcard in the mail for a free sactional with the purchase of the covers. What a DEAL! a $600 sactional for $300. We love our sactionals and use it daily. We also have the Lovesac Bean Bag chair and it is a fight sometime on who gets to nap in it!"

"I love the quality of the love sac products however after receiving my order and discovering the wrong covers were sent and an item was missing I reached out to customer service to have it resolved. It took over a month of dealing with various customer service reps to get the issue resolved. 5 stars for product quality and 1 starts for customers service responsiveness."

Upon asking for an update, I did not receive a reply and had to "Just Wait" for the product to arrive.
