"Awesome product, great service."

"My $5000.00 order was delivered to a door of my condo building, just off the sidewalk near a busy cross-street. I don't use that door, so it sat for few days until a neighbor asked about the pile of 20 large boxes partially blocking the door. I spent hours moving the damp, dirty boxes to my home, but was grateful nothing had been stolen. Somehow I thought I would receive an email, a call, perhaps a ring to my unit when this delivery occurred. Free delivery- you get what you pay for. Loesac should add white glove service for those less able to move furniture. I advised my local store, but they don't control delivery people, I am told.

Three stars: the furniture is amazing even if it's delivered like a body dump."

"Lol, so my situation is hopefully unique. I rated it 2 stars instead of one because, I think the furniture itself is comfortable and I appreciate the gift, but the question is about my experience with Lovesac, not the quality of their wares. Here it is.

I moved recently and, as a result, received a free gift from Lovesac. One Sactional couch piece with a value of $600. Straight up. I thought this was pretty great, so I went ahead and moved forward with the offer. About a week or 2 later, my gift came in the mail. 2 big boxes. I brought them inside and as I was opening the first box, the heavy weight of entire contents in the box shifted and plummeted to the floor. Only, before it hit the floor, the seat smashed onto my big toe. It wasn't just the seat, but the heavy wooden foot-connector piece was unsecured and slammed with such force that I was bedridden for many days.

The wooden piece and then followed immediately by the seat itself landed directly on the nail bed of my big toe on my left foot. Bruised and bloodied, I had to call in for work on a Friday. I work in the service industry and need to be "on my toes" at all times. I estimate that I lost out on roughly $600 worth of income as a result of accepting a gift that was "worth $600". A strange twist of karma? I don't know. I reported my incident to an employee at the store who was kind and empathetic to my situation. Their boss was out of town. I left my name, number, and email address and haven't heard anything since. It's been about a month."

"I originally wanted a smaller lovesac to fit in our family room, opted for the supersac after visiting the store and trying it out. It is absolutely the best seat for watching tv. It does get a few laughs when we have people over but whatever it is like sitting on a cloud."

"I enjoyed the experience of the store and the staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and not pushy. However, I was told that my couch would be delivered within a week, and I was forced to follow up multiple times and ultimately learned that the couch was going to take over a month. I was emailed about delivery, but not called to be sure that someone would be home and as such a very expensive purchase was left on the front porch all day. I think that delivery and installation should be one price and more reasonably priced."
