"I absolutely love the Sactional! It is super comfortable and immediately became the most favorite seating area in the house. Assembly was a little bit tough with just one person and involved a bit of muscle, but was not unmanageable. The shipment fulfillment, however, was awful. I was forced to inquire about the delivery status waiting up until a couple days before the anticipated fulfillment timeline passed. I never received tracking information for these packages so was unable to plan for their delivery. I received them super fast for the Pillowsac and did not have an issue the first time around so I found this irritating and inconvenient when waiting for my Sactional.

I am not overly excited about the Pillowsac with the rocker. The rocker was super hard to assemble and get the cover on tight without ripping the zipper off. The Pillowsac also does not stay well on the rocker so it looks rather sloppy or has to constantly be fluffed up. I regret buying the rocker. The Pillowsac is super comfortable, but the dimensions seem a bit off from what was described both on the reviews,as well as, on the website. I thought it would translate into a futon sized double mattress for short term guests to use. I am 5'4" and do not fit the length of the sac. I most likely would not have purchased this Pillowsac had I known this.

"The deliveryI paid for included assembly. I didn't even get that. Drivers told me it's the first time they do lovesac sofa. Scratched my floors. And didn't even complete the job because they were 3 hours late. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!! I paid for a service I ended up doing myself. "

"It was a pain in the butt to assemble (the covers on the back and side pieces are HARD work!), took about two or three hours total for our huge sactional, but the shipping was much faster than predicted, we had no real issues with assembly except for the sweat equity required, and love the fact that when we decided the sactional was actually too big for our space, we were able to adjust and make a three-piece moon pit and a side chair instead! The fabric we chose (velvet) is super easy to maintain, even with three dogs, just takes a wet paper towel and the hair comes right off.

Great customer service too! Our drink holders didn't come, I sent an email to customer service and a few days later, we received the new drink holders.

Most of all, love how comfortable our LoveSac is!"

"I bought the Lovesac for my husband for his birthday as he is a movie, videogame and nap enthusiast. It has become the desired nap location of the household. We LOVE it! The chinchilla sac cover is super soft and cozy and washable, bonus! "

"We now own five bases and six sides in two colors. We love our Sactionals! I'm 300+lbs and in the two years we've had them I haven't noticed any sagging or breakdown in the cushions. And we added the fifth base recently, and there's very little noticeable difference between the old and new pieces. The ability to take covers off and wash them when my five year old has spilled milk on them is AMAZING. I love them. If you're looking to buy a LONG TERM couch - not just a cheap thing to last a couple years, INVEST IN THIS! Invest small, add more over time, and love it!

"For starters the couch is fantastic! Five stars for the couch itself! We are very pleased with the quality and comfort of the sactional we purchased! However the process of getting the couch was little to be desired. I wanted to simply purchase the couch online, but in order to recieve one of the discounts lovesac was offering I had to call in the order. I ended up calling 3 different stores in order to place my order. Employees at the stores were not at all knowledgeable about the specific discounts that were being offered at that time...I had to tell them what the offer was, what it entailed and what the final total on my purchase was going to be...kinda ridiculous when you're talking about a $6,000 couch! Once the order was finally placed I periodically called in to see when it was going to be delivered, again the store employees could not give me any information as to where my order was during that 2week delivery process. Once the couch arrived one of the sides was defective and I needed a replacement for it...again it was a timely and complicated process to get the new side delivered. Then to top it all off, the store manager left me a voicemail stating that they could not find my lovesac account? How is that even possible, to say the least I was very confused and frustrated by the whole process - not the kind of service I expected from this company.

So to sum this experience up...
1) Customer Service, although friendly, were very frustrating to talk with as I felt they never knew what was going on during any step of the process. (2stars)
