It took months of unreturned phone calls, and when I finally did get a call returned they were REALLY rude. Only because I already had sactionals did I actually continue through it.

"Store manager at my local store was fantastic during our decision-making process. He gave us space but was accessible for questions and checked in occasionally. He let us borrow a swatch to take to the carpet store so we could match materials -- extremely helpful since we ended up selecting a different carpet color based on the swatch. When our covers were put on backorder, he also rounded up about half of them from the local store so we could have some furniture for visitors.
The sactional itself couldn't be any better for our lifestyle either. We put some pieces in the den and some in the living room, and we've already rearranged several times in the first few months. We've made a queen size bed out of one set, moved pieces from one room to another for contractors to come in, and we've made a big play space for our toddler nephew. Our dog also has an occasional habit of marking furniture, so I've also removed and washed a side cover. Nothing soaked through to the cushion, and the fabric dried quick enough to re-cover the same day.

"I would give a 5 star rating because my couch is amazing and we got an incredible deal on it! However, it had not been explained to us originally that our cup holders were going to be an extra 8-10 weeks which once I found out I was fine with. Almost 3 months went by and we hadnt recieved an update, so I emailed customer service and they promptly responded by making sure to send the holders out ASAP!
We love our couch for its versitility which has been great for hosting parties and such. Great product overall!"
"I love my new couch. I take forever to "bond" with anything, but with this couch I only took about 3 months to "bond"... My SO (significant other) was impressed. I took her twelve year old boy and told him to do his worst. He flopped, he lounged, he sprawled, and he did all the things a 12 year old will do. After that, I pulled the trigger and bought 6 bases and 9 sides. I was only going to buy 8 sides, but the lady at the store said to buy one more piece to get into the next discount price point. Then she ran the numbers and I actually got the last piece for free and still saved ~$30. The staff helped me pick out a two color scheme. Paid for it, walked out the store with zero buyers remorse. ~ 2 weeks later, the poor Fedex guy hauled all 19 boxes up the stairs to my second story unit. My only gripe is that they didn't tell me about the "special" side piece needed if you're going to make a 3+ deep sofa. It is the only oddity used for the basic couch pieces, and I would have gotten that as the one extra piece instead of a normal side piece... "
"I purchased an huge outdoor sectional and my only negative is that the cushions slide off the bases , especially on the bases that are used for a chaises and ottomans. For the price I think they should try and figure out a solution to this problem .. Other than that I had awesome customer service from Ed and Vi at the Ross park store .
