"I think the digital presence could be improved (i.e. digital marketing). I was surprised that after searching on google and visiting the site, there were no advertisements at all on Facebook or anywhere else. When you look at the success of Purple mattresses, it all came from funny advertisements on Facebook sponsored posts and it caused them to be wildly successful."

"I love your products, I used to own a 5 series couch with about 12 pieces & covers to match. I had to move across country quickly & had to get rid of it. Unfortunately the sactionals are severely overprices. over $2000 for a loveseat - unreal."

"The over experience with Lovesac has been unprofessional. I have never met such chaos in company in my entire life. I cannot express how disorganized and how much run around about when it's arrives. I have not received any notice about these changes in shipment. Which was after the original quote date of shipping. Im not likely to tell anyone that it's an actual lovesac if they ask; but, would rather say I got it at Walmart because that's the experience the store goes when communicating."

"The filter options disappear from the screen on the mobile site before anything can be selected. I only waned to browse covers the the sac size I own and i couldn't do that on the mobile site."
