"HUSBW2S516V - 5/16" x 2 1/4"Brazilian Walnut
It was very hard to install since it is very thin and we were only able to use staples. Out of 9 boxes bought, 1 was completely unusable due to sticky residue found on all planks. The store where I bought the flooring needs to have customer service training and learn how to resolve customer related issues.
Besides the horrible customer service that I have received while trying to exchange damaged box, so far the floor looks good. "
"DO NOT BUY FROM LUMBER LIQUIDATORS! I purchased a fairly large order for BellaWood flooring from them. After installation, the flooring was very quickly affected by sunlight -- it darkened considerably, and where there was a rug there now is a distinct line. It looks awful. When I tried to get some kind of advice or compensation from either Lumber Liquidators (salesman = Robert Dworkin) or Bellawood, I have been resolutely ignored. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE-- THEY WILL IGNORE YOU AFTER THE SALE IF THERE IS ANY PROBLEM WITH THE PRODUCT. "
"I recently saw a Lumber Liquidators truck on ABC Extreme Makeover Home Edition... and I LOVE TY. So I went online and purchased some Bellawood flooring from Lumber Liquidators and picked it up at my local store here in Columbus for FREE! Awesome prices, Awesome service! Thanks!"
"The quality of the material is poor, there are bubbles, sand and debris in the finish. The company actually shorted me on the material delivered and now refuses to contact me back. After disputing the charge with my credit card they sent an "expert" to the house to look at the floors and he claimed the finish was normal. I will never make a purchase from the company again, and I encourage anyone interested in flooring not to buy from this company."
"Quality of Bellawood Hickory exceeded our expectations. Alas, we took the local outlet's recommendation for an installer. What a bunch of amateurs. We're still removing glue from the floor. And the hickory trim (shoe molding) is all mangled and will need to be replaced along with existing floor moldings that were knocked loose."
"Lumberliquidators sells garbage plain and simple. I purchased 540 square feet of kempas natural hardwood flooring on July 12th, 2005. It was delivered several weeks later with many of the boxes clearly beaten up. When the installer came to install the wood he immediately discovered that the wood was poor quality, but reluctantly proceeded with the installation. A few hours into the job I received a phone call from the installer informing me of the 'imperfections' in the flooring due to tapered and not square ends causing gaps between the planks. Needless to say the flooring was removed at my request. Dealing with LL has been a nightmare. They refused to refund my money forcing me to dispute the charge with my credit card company. The wood is now sitting in my garage waiting for LL to pick it up. Bottom line.... AVOID LUMBER LIQUIDATORS!! Spend the extra money and get good quality wood without the headache. "
"With out a doubt the worst company in the world to do business with. Please investigate this company before doing business with them I ordered a floor on 6/17/04, they said it would take 4 weeks for it to come in. They called on 8/13 & said it was in. When I went down there they tried to switch floors on me. They claimed I called them from Sea World on my daughters birthday and changed the order!! It was horrible!! The owners brother was rude nasty and came after me. I will never do business with them again."
