"Luxedecor stated a bed was in stock and it would ship in 1 to 3 business days, it shipped in 7 but it was shipped to a white glove service delivery service. A week later I contacted the delivery service and was told we don't have a ship date set up for you because we only ship to your area once every three to four weeks. I contacted Luxedecor and recommended they update their web page to represent the proper delivery time and they pretty much shrugged it off. I did receive another phone call from the second shipper and now was told that I would get a call in 10-14 days to schedule the delivery so I will probably get my new bed in 5 or 6 weeks from the order date. I need the new bed so I can put my son's bed back into a crib for my new baby. Extremely frustrating with no offer of compensation of any kind. If you advertise 1 to 3 day shipping, don't let it turn into 5 to 6 weeks."
"Purchased a Chandelier for one of my projects, arrived on time and looks great! Great Service!"
"purchased a chaise lounge in MAY. Expected a longer wait time for the item, given previous reviews ave was fine with that. I called at the end of June to check the status and was told, it should arrive that Friday. Never arrived. Finally got a call July 2nd indicating that the chaise was damaged and they would send a new one. Nite in July 20th, I get yet another email indicating that thus new chaise is also damaged and can't be delivered. Cosnett service is USELESS because the only thing they feel inclined to offer you is a refund. No credit for the total inconvenience, no care or concern that you're an unhappy customer, not even an apology about the sh*t items they sell. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE - you may be saving a few pennies, but you'll gain a huge headache!"
"Be wary of LuxeDecor white glove service. I ordered about 4 thousand dollars of furniture back in August 2014. The first four items were delivered as advertised -- placed inside the home, no boxes, no packing left. However, one item had to be reordered because of shipping damage, and when it finally arrived the shipper (CEVA ) didn't want to bring the box in the house. Then, once convinced to do so, they left the box and all the packing materials --- and it was a lot of stuff!"
