"I would avoid doing busy with LuxeDecor.
I purchased furniture from them and they lowered the price before I received it.
They were not willing to match their own price! Full of excused and loopholes.
Avoid them unless you want to be scammed!

Shipped wrong item and returns process is lengthy and difficult

"Luxe Decor delivered the most frustrating and dissatisfying buying experience I've ever had. Do yourself a favor and avoid Luxe Decor.

I ordered a very simple item: a gray runner rug (order number 189400). I was never updated on the order and had to contact them twice to find out when the item would be shipped. The rug arrived today and was very clearly marked aqua. No problem, right? You just inform them of the problem and they send out a call tag or a label to send the item back like every other reputable merchant, right? WRONG.

You have to fill out a form, which is actually a damaged shipment claim form--but the "customer service" rep told me to disregard that. You also have to ATTACH PICTURES to prove you got the wrong item. Then the form says it can take 7-10 business days to approve the claim, after which time I suppose I then get to use my gas to drop the item off at a shipping site, and then I get to wait for them to refund my money.

Just save yourself some time and grief and avoid Luxe Decor. They charged my card immediately, days before the item shipped out, and it's going to take weeks to get a refund for the item sent to me in error. I wish I'd never gotten involved with them.

Worst Furniture E-Retailer Choice Ever

"Ordered two popular American Drew (Lazy Boy) end table pieces from LuxeDecor of Chicago on September 07, 2018 (order# 185435).. Both items shipped out of Atlanta warehouse 09/13/2018 for delivery to my home outside Orlando...After Three phone calls, tables were delivered on September 27, 2018, via a sketchy old 1960’s moving van with no markings (including no DOT Lic. #)... After unpacking found the following damage:
First End Table:
1- The box had obviously been repacked as large portions of styrofoam were broken and contents were loose
2- Hardware bag was coated with clear tape and masking tape yet all the hardware was lose within the shipping box.
3- There were no assembly instructions in the shipping box like the other box/ piece of this set.
4- A wooden dowel to one of the legs was broken
5- on this same leg a red streamer labeled hardware was stapled to the exterior portion of the leg.. This left two holes after I gently removed the staples
6- One of the corners of the table was
defected. It didn’t appear to be internal shipping damage, but rather a manufacturing defect...
Second Table
7.- Three of the four sides of the table top were delaminated.. obviously a manufacturing defect.

Contacted LuxeDecor on September 28, 2019 to start a claim. On September 29, 2019 povided them with written detailed explanations of the damage and pictures. Having not heard anything from LuxeDecor, I contacted them on October 12, 2018. They informed me that “their American Drew representative was traveling and would not be available until October 16, 2018”. In addition they stated that “that they don’t have their own warehouse and are just a drop shipper”. I contacted American Express providdd same information and effected a charge back.. LuxeDecor should have been able to make contact with someone within the American Drew organization to effect a simple product exchange for damage goods within two weeks. Especially considering the size of American Drew/LazyBoy. Their inability speaks volumes about their vendor relationship.. Additionally the LuxeDecor customer engagement skills that I experienced were weak and unprofessional.. We are understandabe to the reality that problems do arise.. though getting two tables with damages is unusual. In any case, how a organization responds customer service
wise says a lot about them..

Product took forever to be delivered, then cracked.

"Purchased a lightweight concrete dining table top from this company. It took over two months to be delivered, which was longer than the original estimate. When it was finally delivered, we installed it on a study pedestal base. In a matter of weeks it cracked. A 40" crack on a 60" table. Clearly a defect in the engineering of the product. We opened a claim, which was also a slow process. They eventually told use that they would not replace the table as cracks a possible as "unavoidable" texture. Because the concrete is a veneer, the crack will compromise the integrity of the structure as moisture seeps in over time. This table top was too expensive for such horrible customer care. We will obviously boycott this company in the future."

Very good Scam

"I bougt a dining table almost 2 monts ago, I am not get it yet, when I contacted them they just told me we already shipped you have to talk with Lodeso Inc. who is the delivery company which is impossible to get comunication with. When finally contacted them they told me they can't give a delivery date because the company they send the table in San Antonio doesn't know when is going to deliver....Be carful and away from scams like this. I payed with Pay PAl and they are helping me to resolved this problem and get my money back."

Awful scam artists -STAY AWAY!!

"
Awful scam artists - they never shipped my furniture and after multiple delays and no communication, I asked them to cancel. They still didn't refund my money. I challenged it on my credit card and they refunded my money partially, but kept a $950 "whatever" fee - they claim they shipped it the very hour that I cancelled the order and it's a shipping fee - I do not believe it. STAY AWAY

"I emailed them about their poor delivery system and no response. Pretty sure they don't care that they outsource delivery to such an inefficient company. You won't receive the pieces your order until 2+ months later! "

Shops like this make me appreciate brick and mortar stores.

"I ordered a Treasure Garden AG19 umbrella and base from Luxe Decor. Once set up, we found that the umbrella swings out of position in the slightest breeze. This is because the only thing keeping it from swinging is a small plastic clip that you tighten around the main pole. We double checked the assembly, watched the how-to videos on their site, and even called them to see if there was an additional piece we could buy to stop it from swinging. Alas, without a solution, all we could do is return it. "If you opened it, you can't return it," was their reply. "How was I supposed to know it would do this without opening it?" I told them. "Too bad," was basically their response. Even if I could return it, their policy would have cost me $60 to ship it back, and if they deemed it to be in "like new" condition, I would only have to pay an additional $118 restocking fee. Yay. If it wasn't "like new," they would ship it back to me and I'd be out the $60 shipping fee and stuck with a $850 umbrella I can't use. Needless to say I have a new appreciation for brick and mortar stores that have true customer service. I'd shop somewhere else, like Walmart, Target, Home Depot, Lowe's, Macy's, heck even Amazon, and save yourself the headache of dealing with Luxe Decor, who doesn't seem to care if the products they sell are of quality or not. If you decide to not heed my warning and order something from Luxe Decor anyway, you better pray you're going to want to keep it, because their terrible return policy and "customer service" means you're stuck with it."

Horrible Customer Service

"Use caution with their ship by and inventory data. I went from inventory exists and 1-2 wk ship to ZERO inventory and 2-3 MONTH ship AFTER I questioned my order after a month of no activity. I only found that out by looking at the item on their site. They have never responded to my written inquiries except to cancel my over $500 order. "

Awful Experience, Awful Customer Service!

"Customer Service - awful, awful. My order was returned because I was told no one could reach me via phone or email (my order was already 2-3 weeks late). I NEVER received email and was never notified of a scheduled shipment needed for this item. You returned the mirror on me and then instead of being able to assist with a replacement to make it easy for the same price, I was told maybe another contact at the firm could help me if I waited again after my 5th phone call to your customer service team. Shame on you!! I asked to be escalated to someone else and I was cut off, put on hold and waited over 25 minutes. If you want to retain customer, this is not the way to do it. I eventually hung up. Do you think no one else has to work? things to do. Shame on you Luxe Decor."

Totally dishonest!

"We recently bought a couple of night stands of a premium brand (A.R.T.) from LuxeDecor.
After more than 1 month, we received our order.
The box was in perfect conditions, and when we opened it the items were perfectly packed and wrapped.
Yet, we immediately noticed that one of the night stands had one of the corner of its top broken, and fixed back with glue.
We immediately contacted LuxeDecor's Customer Service to share with them our disappointment for having paid the total price of an item they have sold and sent clearly knowing it was broken, and as such, not eligible to be sold as new.
We asked them to start the return procedure of the broken item and thus the replacement process of a NEW item.
They never replied.
They proved to be totally dishonest by selling a broken and fixed item as if it were new, and by refusing to rectify their behaviour.
We will never buy a pin from them.
