Some problems

"Took from December 20th to January 22to get the cabinet. When it finally came it was in good condition and the two delivery men were gems. Waiting for the 10% refund that was offered. Good business in my view. Caleb Bailey was a gentleman in customer service. "

Horrible Customer Service

"I’d strongly advise anyone to think twice before ordering from LuxeDecor based on my recent experience. I ordered the Budva mirrored coffee table from them and paid $75 extra for the in-room delivery to ensure it was properly delivered to my high-rise condo unit. The product was incorrectly shipped by Fedex Ground and was carelessly dropped off in my building’s receiving room...NOT what I had paid for or requested. More importantly, the box was significantly damaged in transit and the mirrored table was cracked in several areas. I contacted LuxeDecor about the issue and sent several photographs confirming the damage as they required. I requested that Fedex pick up the damaged table and have a new one shipped immediately. I was informed by LuxeDecor that they wouldn’t pick up the damaged table and that it was MY responsibility to have it removed. I explained that live in a high-rise condo in downtown Chicago and the building charges a $100 removal fee for large items. I again asked for Fedex to return the item or have LuxeDecor provide some compensation for the cost of the removal. Both options were rejected by LuxeDecor, so I cancelled my order. Therefore, despite LuxeDecor’s failure to deliver the product in good condition using the delivery method I requested, I was stuck with a broken coffee table and a $100 removal fee that I had to pay personally. Thanks for making your failures my problem! Fortunately, I was able to find another online provider who was able to get it done correctly. My advice to LuxeDecor...remember that customer service is the only differentiator that you have when 8 other companies sell the exact same product at a similar price. I would strongly recommend using a company that understands customer service...it’s definitely NOT LuxeDecor!"

So so experience

"I am an interior designer. I ordered an outdoor table for my client. The website was having issues the first time I tried to order it. The funds were taken out of my account but there was no record of my purchase. After a week or so I was able to resolve this and the contact I worked with on the issue was polite and on top of things. I did encounter a rude customer care person when I called to schedule the delivery. The table is nice but not fantastic. "

Good luck getting your $$$ Back on returns

"I purchased a table from Stanley Furniture, through a third party called LuxDecor.com. The description on the Luxdecor site did not match the table I received. The table I thought I was buying had a solid top (not expandable). The table I bought looked like it was stained. However, the table I received was literally painted gray, came with an extension, and two of the feet were off center. The delivery guys arrived at 6:15 PM. I called customer service at 6:37 PM. During the 11 minute call I was transferred 3 times and then the call got disconnected. I called 4 more times and got a voicemail every time. I didn’t receive a call until the next day, which of course the movers had to leave for another delivery. When I did receive my call I was told that Stanley Furniture would decide if my issued were valid or not!!! Luxdecor told me it was up to me to contact Stanley Furniture directly and that I would have to find the number. So I Googled the number 1-***-***-**** and all I got was a voicemail stating that I should refer to the website or email them. My husband emailed them through the Stanley Furniture website and they NEVER responded. Then I receive an email from Luxdecor stating that Stanely Furniture has DENIED my claim and I still haven’t been able to talk to ANYONE!!! I am now being docked $219.80 (restocking fee) + $284.00 (return shipping costs) = $503.80 and I wasn’t able to talk to ANYONE about my claim. Never again will I buy Stanley Furniture. The furniture quality is poor and the customer service is a joke, so is the third party (LuxDecor) I dealt with. Buyers beware."

Excellent customer service.

"I bought 13 pieces in 3 separate orders. One piece was defective. They handled it in a very timely matter. They gave me a choice of a discount or replacement . I took discount and it was in my account the same day . They are awesome . Besides that I saved a ton of money over going to a store. I actually got things faster than the pieces I ordered through our local furniture store. And the biggest thing no sales tax . "

Chair sent to third party shipper who will not deliver

"This is the worst experience. I ordered a chair from Luxe Decor. They sent it to a third party shipper who will deliver “when they have a truck in the area”. It has been weeks and nothing. Luxe Decor will not help. They just refer me to the third party shipper. As if it is no longer their concern. I am going out of town and now they are making that my problem saying the shipper was going to call to schedule but now I am leaving town. The shipper confirms they were not going to ship yet and it has nothing to do with my leaving town. Had they delivered in a timely manner this would not have been a problem. So first Luxe Decor says my issue is with the shipper not them. And now the shipper says it is my fault because I am going out of town. Now they say they have no idea when it will be shipped and that it is up to me to work with the shipper. Luxe Decor is just a call center middleman not a furniture store. She even said were never had the chair”. It went for the manufacturer to the shipper. STAY AWAY FROM THEM "

"I purchased open box item. According to the order confirmation, 5 week maximum for delivery. Eight weeks later I'm told, after having to contact them, it won't ship even be scheduled to ship for another 6 weeks. "

Experience with LuxeDecor

"I purchased an open box triple dresser from LuxeDecor. They have been telling that they are waiting for dates from the carrier. After multiple follow ups the order was cancelled by LuxeDecor. Customer Service says the piece is sold and not available. Supervisor never bothered to call me back to discuss. It is a very bad experience. "

"Ordered expensive chairs on the premise they shipped in 1-3 days. Later found out it would be over a month from order date to receive them because they ship by freight line, instead of offering UPS or something faster. Had I known, I could have purchased from from a competitor and received in 5 days."

Luxe DON'T care

"We have purchased a new home. My wife bought several items thru Luxedecor (don't care). She became very ill. After several months in the hospital, she passed away. She never got to move into our new home. The items are still in their boxes. I called to return these items. Customer Don't care Service told me I had waited too long to return the items. The best they offered was to sell them at a garage sale. Medical bills are in the hundreds of thousands, I am selling the house and they tell me too bad. Rotten company, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM."

Poor Customer Service

"I placed an order in November 1 of 2019 for 6 chairs. A week before each delivery, I called to confirm and was brushed off that the vendor will send a notice. Then the promise date was changed. Four times I called inquiring of my order. In the mean time, I am paying 22% interest on my $4,700 order. June of 2019 they missed another delivery date, once again I call and the same BS. A few days later, I receive a call my order was cancelled as the vendor could not fulfill the order and they can not reverse my credit card due to going passed the 90 days. I placed the order thru pay pal and was charged $31 to process back and another $10 to my bank. If I could give Zero or negative stars I would. I wish I had read all these reviews prior to placing my order. Luxeless is a better name for this company. Go elsewhere."

"worst company ever !!! website says 2 weeks delivery and after 6 weeks never delivery nothing so i cancelled my order and they charged me 1278$ for restock something that i never get . I hope they go out from this business."

NIGHTMARE

"WORST customer service I've ever had. (I'm in customer service) 4 weeks after I paid for an item that was suppose to ship in 2-3 weeks I started calling just to get a status update. Trying to get the house finished so we can move in. Spent hrs combined on hold, got hung up on several times over the course of 2 weeks, did not provide me with any order update as they said they would, conflicting stories about the shipping info, no refund info when i finally had enough and was out of time. Sent multiple emails, left voicemails and spoke with 3 different women over the course of this nightmare Sophia, Angelica, and Dara.
BUYER BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. It's been so bad I've pinched myself to make sure i wasn't having a bad dream. It was real unfortunately.
