These people are dishonest

"The nightmare of dealing with these people is too long to tell. I purchased furniture, for which they immediately charged my credit card. The furniture did not ship as promised, arrived weeks late and broken and now no one will communicate with me regarding a refund. The "live chat" isn't real. Customer service is a joke. Fortunately, I'm a lawyer and can sue them, because that's what it will take to get my money back. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CRIMINALS."

These people are thieves! Don’t buy anything from them.

"Ordered item May 17. Supposedly shipped Jun 23. Supposed to arrive July 2.
Nothing. Chased them, calls, emails etc.
played me a long with promises of shipment. Received four calls yesterday to confirm I would be available to receive the item today. This morning they call and say the item was damaged so they couldn’t deliver it.

These people need to be stopped!

I Will Sue You if I don't received IMMEDIATE Refund & Confirmation of Cancellation

"I purchased furniture online from this company. So far, I've received a rug. I DEMAND an immediate and complete refund of the $3,986.00 of my money that they are ILLEGALLY holding. I have spent hours trying to reach this company and NO ONE has responded to my inquiries. This is to go on the record that I am CANCELLING the remainder of my order and DEMANDING. refund. It's absolutely shameful for you to treat paying customers like this. You guys even sent me an email that my entire order was received. Yet on the website it says you are waiting for order status. This is completely unacceptable and has caused me ENDLESS stress and worry. "

Horrible Customer Service

"I called in asking for a refund for some dining chairs we no longer need. They should have already arrived in which case I would process a return but decided to cancel since they haven't even shipped. I was on hold for TWO hours and someone finally picked up and said they will process the cancellation. She said someone will be in touch in two days to confirm my cancellation. I asked why, I'm canceling and I just want this to be completed. She said it's policy and on top of that I have to wait three or so days for the cancellation to be approved and other usual 5-7 business days for it to show as refunded on my bank statement. I never thought twice about ordering from this company as the website seems so professional and I found the chairs I wanted for a few hundred less than anywhere else. One screwy thing about the website is that a lot of furniture is listed twice, one is discounted and one is not and they have slightly different names for the exact same product. Another concern was when I tried to cancel online like the 800 number suggests and its nearly impossible to do so. They don't actually have a working online chat and no one will ever get back to you. I'm sure I'll be on hold another two hours this week confirming the cancellation. What a bunch of crap to have to put up with! "

Beware LuxeDecor is a FRAUDULENT CO

"I've spent a total of 3 hours on hold for this company. Its impossibleto get them on the phone. I bought a table for $800 that was promised in 1 week. Its been 2 months and they keep delaying the delivery. Now the deliver has been delayed an additional 5 months! But they charged my credit card already. Beware!!!!"

Horrible Customer Service

"Ordered a table and a delivery date. Delivery date passes and I make an inquire online about which I never heard back on . I called in and waited forever to speak with someone. Finally I get through and they tell me it will ship that week. Again never ships. I wait on hold for an hour as a current customer. Called back as a new customer and got right through. Got the PO number to contact the manufacturer. They say the order is held because the credit card was declined. I was charged a month ago so it was LuxeDeco's card that was declined. Still no resolution. I don't think the table is ever going to come. "

Fraudulent business practices!!!!

"I have ordered from them before and had a great experience. I ordered an armoire from them in March. It is $3700 and weighs 525 pounds. I ordered because they provide free delivery and white glove service. I got a call from the shipping company Friday and they said because of COVID they would only deliver to outside of front door???? I said absolutely not- that was not our agreement. Who would leave a large expensive piece of furniture outside??? So now they are trying to charge me a restocking and delivery fee because I "cancelled" the order. I did not cancel- they did not live up to our agreement. They only shipped the item out of Friday. I know that COVID has made things extremely difficult but they have a responsibility to stop shipments if they cannot honor their contract. It is not the customers responsibility."

Worst delivery service ever...

"Worst delivery service that I've ever seen! I bought a table from LuxeDecor.com in November of 2019 with an estimated delivery date of a few days later. Instead, I got an update saying it would be delivered in March (yes, almost 4 months later!). Well, March came and went. I called them and they said they would be shipping it the next day. A few days later, I got a call to schedule my delivery for today. Well, today I got a call saying that they will reschedule because they don't have the product! I read some terrible reviews about this company, but I went ahead and bought from them. I probably should have listened to those reviews. I will never buy from them again."

Terrible Customer Service!!!

"I ordered a desk from LuxeDecor. I received an email that it had shipped. The delivery date passed. I contacted the company to find out where the desk was. I was told it was at a warehouse in Nevada and they were waiting to put together a shipment to Washington state. Weeks passed, no desk. I contacted LuxeDecor and the shipping company. I was told it would be shipped soon. I kept contacting both LuxeDecor and the shipping company. The shipping company stopped responding. At this point, I thought I had been scammed. I contacted LuxeDecor and told them I wanted a full refund. Shortly after that, they transported the desk with a different shipping company and it arrived over TWO MONTHS after it had "shipped" originally. At no time, did LuxeDecor initiate communication with me during this time.

It is a very nice quality piece of furniture. However, after the length of time it took to arrive and the VERY POOR customer service, I would NEVER order from LuxeDecor again!!!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH LUXEDECOR

"These guys are a bunch of incompetents. Don't waste your time and money doing business with them. Customer service is **** and their website is f***ed so you might receive things that you didn't order and good luck returning it. they charge you restocking fee and the shipping fee for orders you did NOT place with them.

save yourselves a lot of headaches and shop somewhere else. Just look at the horrible reviews they have everywhere online if you don't take my word for it.

Terrible service !!!

"Tried to purchase table online received quote by email then went to buy it and company would not honor their quote. They said they made a mistake and refused to do the right thing and own up to it. I would never buy from them because if you have any issues whatsoever they obviously won’t stand behind their products and service!! Will follow up with better business bureau complaint as well. "

Item dimensions are inaccurate

"Width is listed as 59.5" and was only 53". If they had listed the width of the gate section of this arbor , I would not have ordered it in the 1st place. I believe it's the manufacturer's error as I had same problem with a different piece from another company. Don't expect Royal Living arbors to arrive with accurate meadurements."

Great Customer Service

"I ordered a chandelier and I was very disappointed. The fixture had scratches on the metal base and stem. I called customer service and a very pleasant and helpful man named Michael helped me through the process of making a claim. I received a new fixture and received a pre-paid return label to send back the defective fixture. It all went very smoothly and I am happy with my new chandelier."
