"This company is simply horrible. Not only do they have around 2-3 pricing errors a week.. They will charge your card and you wont have access to funds for up to 3-5 days. Take your own risk when dealing with this company. They are all about the $ and wont think twice about screwing you over when it is there mistake."

"Placed an order that was not honored.
First they said it was not available.
Yet the order clearly stated it was an advanced sale:

"Thank you for shopping at shop.mlb.com, your business is important
to us. We received your order ***-***-****-000, which included advanced sale
items that are unavailable for immediate shipment. Once the product
is available for processing, you will receive a new order
confirmation email. The following item(s) will be shipped when it is
in stock."

Now they claim it was a price mistake.
Whatever happened to store honesty ?
If you price something wrong, you correct it, but you don't hunt down customers that have already purchased the item before the correction.
This is just bad company policy, PERIOD!
I personally will never order from them again.
They can take their 15% off "sorry" coupon code and stick it where the sun don't shine.

"The seller had a wrong price up there when I placed my order, thats what they say. Upon realization, they do not want to sell the product anymore. Here is a letter of what they wrote back:

Dear Valued Guest,

Thank you for placing your recent order on our site, however due to a
data entry pricing error, we are unable to fulfill your request. As you
know by the system-generated e-mail you've received, the item has been
cancelled from your order.

You, as a consumer, are very important to us. We apologize for this
cancellation and inconvenience. Our business objective is to always
provide a hassle free shopping experience. On rare occasions such as
this, a pricing error can occur. While we understand your frustration,
situations like this are addressed in our terms and conditions on our
site. If you need more detail, please refer to the Terms and
Conditions section on our site.

At this time we would like to extend a single use $10 gift code to you,
as a token of our apologies for the disappointment this has caused.

Should you want to use this, all you need to do is place an order for
any MLB Licensed merchandise and use the following case-sensitive code

"Very dissatisfied. Order was cancelled without stating the reason after they already 'applied the purchase price to my credit card'. Will not buy from them again.

Requested reason for cancellation. Was told 'some credit card transactions don't go through'. When I asked to redo the transaction I was bluntly told that they are not interested.

"Same problem as previous user. They are BAD!!! I made the order when they had an item in stock and ready to ship, at a good price. Then they cancelled the order. I recommend you stay away from these guys."

"This company (MLB.com) has a "habit" of listing prices on the website and then canceling the order after you have given all of your personal and credit info. Then they email and hound you until no end. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this site. Buy you MLB stuff somewhere local."
