"My experience today was very pleasant. I have a couple of complaints with Moni. When I try to disarm using my phone, I often have to wait and it doesnt disarm so I enter my home and the alarm goes off so I have to disarm it. This is extremely frustrating!! Also, increase in price so soon."

"You have the worst automated answer systems. Takes over 3 minutes here then you can not talk to any department without a very long time on hold. There is no telephone number to bypass your automated system to talk to a manager about my poor service or to cancel the service or to issue a CV complaint."
