"Today I received the FM transmitter after 19 days, 16 is the step in the post offices in Hong Kong. The device is right for the price although it has very little power. At least serves to evaluate how the store works. In my opinion correctly, quick to send a mail with your tracking number. Too bad Hong Kong Post are not as efficient."

"I ordered a pair of headphones for USD 8-10. Months later, I received an email from them stating that the items came back marked "unclaimed". They requested I pay another $8 to have the items shipped again, which I refused, requesting a full refund. They offered to refund around $1, which is the cost of the item.
I tried opening a dispute with PayPal, but they stated that this is type of issue is not covered by them.
It is insane to claim that I ordered an item and it is somehow my fault for not having received it. I ordered said item because I wanted it and that is also why I paid for it in full. It is the seller's responsibility to ensure delivery and the seller should offer a full refund if they fail to deliver."

"I've always had trouble with IEMs not staying put in my ear, until I tried the Brainwavz Pro alphas; they fit great, don't fall out when I'm working out or walking outside and they sound great with my mp3 player. For the price these earphones would be very hard to beat.
