"I ordered a cpu from them on a Oct 24th, 10 am, there website says orders received before 3pm usually shipped same day. Well, it is now oct 31 and my order is still not shipped, no email from them, I called them 2 days ago and he promised to ship it out on the 30th and 2 day it. You can't get through to anyone on the phone or much less email customer service to try and get answers or cancel. If this is how I'm treated before I even get the product I hate to see if I have a problem with it."
"I had recently ordered 2 sticks of 256mb PC1066 16bit samsung ram. They sent me modules that were 800 mhz with "1066" printed on the front (SCAM!). Looking up the modules online showed that they were 800s which explains why they were not hitting default speeds.
I am currently waiting for them to ship me correct modules. its been over a couple weeks, and they said they will ship it today finally. They also charged my credit card twice. This is the second time I have ordered something from this site. The first time went more smoothly.

I have contacted this company on numerous occasions that I have documented where they promised to ship me the correct RDRAM that I actually ordered. Every time they promise they will ship out the correct and I just have to ship back the old. They never do. I will proceed through the proper legal channels. "

After two days the order status went from 'Pending' to 'Problem with order, please call'. Now, they have my phone number, but never called me, so I tried calling them all week... one number was out-of-service, all others say 'mailbox full, not accepting messages'. I emailed twice to cancel my order and notified my credit card company, but still have not received any response from this company. Call them for yourself before you order."

"Just to be safe, I contacted Mstar sales today (10/15/2002). They confirmed my order is active and stated that it should be shipped out today. However, I did not receive any email confirmation or tracking number. In addition, the fund has not been drawn from my card. I am going to wait before following up. *Wish me luck!*
*Update*
I checked my order status yesterday morning and found "Problem with credit card." I dialed Mstar customer service who informed me that my credit card was declined. I contacted my credit card company inquiring if any attempt of transaction was made. But their reply was no and informed me that I would have enough funds to cover this transaction. I called Mstar back. I verified my credit card information and insisted them to try again. Unwillingly, she proceeded with transaction. Not surpisingly, it went through. Order status was quickly updated to "shipped" and along with it was the precious FedEx tracking number.
**Update**
Received merchandise on 17th. Everything is in order and well-packaged. No mistakes, no damage. Only, the CPU retail box was previously opened. That caused a little panic but the internal CPU package was untouched. Despite trouble with customer service, I am generally satsified."

I asked for a RMA number and returned the merchandise according to their RMA procedures in the original packaging. I still have yet to recieve any updates or a refund after month. I placed my order on the 4th of October and it has been in a pending status since. I've sent 2 emails inquiring as to why it is still pending with no response. "This was the first time I noticed MStar on Pricewatch, and I thought I would give them a try as they had the cheapest prices on CPU's and memory at the time. Although it took two days for my order to ship out, my order arrived in a timely manner, packaged well, and the contents were correct. Since it did take two days to ship out, I called to make sure that I had not gambled on a bad business. Someone promptly answered the phone, looked up my order, and advised me it was leaving that day and he even gave me a tracking number. I will definitely do business here again and I recommend the same to all."
