Customer Service slow and unresponsive.
Pre-ordered Halo 2 Limited Edition back in August 2004 with ease. Received the item promptly on November 9, 2004, the official launch date.
Unfortunately; the Limited Edition metal casing it came in was damaged, bent inward either from MTV or during shipping.
Contacted MTV Support same day. Waited until Wednesday afternoon and received no response. Sent another e-mail. Received response Wednesday afternoon, e-mail being forwarded to another dept.
Thursday afternoon, no response, waited until evening before sending out another e-mail.
Friday morning, still no response. Sent another e-mail. Writing my review on reselleratings.
I will post outcome of situation. My thoughts up to this point (opinion):
When I contact customer support from a large company (Best Buys, Circuit City, Dell), I expect a same day response unless it is at the end of the business day. I'd expect a response at the beginning of the next business day in that situation.
For a smaller company, response within' 24 hour period of the next business day is expected.
To be ignored and have no response, unaccepted from any sized company."
