"So I try to be cautious about purchasing things online from non well-known companies and initially I was a bit skeptical about using macbookadapter.com over Apple's main page to purchase a new charger for my macbook. I received a reply within 10 minutes - amazing! They sent a link to instructions for me to reset SMU which I did. It still didn't work. I emailed again and they replied, this time within 5 minutes.
