"I received my order promptly and even had a question resolved over the weekend! I hadn't expected to hear back until Monday, but I received personal service, with 3 emails from them to resolve my question. Leonard resolved my apparent problem quickly (charger didn't seem to fit, but it was my phone's Otter case, not the charger, that was the problem). The other plug adapters that I bought worked great and were just what I had been looking for. I would definitely shop at MacBookAdapter.com again."
