"I ordered 2 chairs from Madison Seating and unfortunately one of the two arrived damaged. Their customer service was responsive, worked through different options, sent me replacement parts, talked to me directly, emailed me, etc. Unfortunately, the chair was too damaged to fix on my own and they have now agreed to send me a replacement free of charge. I feel like they did their very best to find a solution that worked best for both parties but when they could see that the chair was beyond mild fixes, they didn't hesitate to do what is right for the customer and make right by sending a replacement. The only thing that would have made this experience better is if both chairs had arrived without damage (not Madison Seating's fault) and I didn't have to spend weeks in conversation/problem solving with customer support. Outside of the customer service realm, my Steelcase Leap V1 chairs are fantastic!"
"This is the 2nd of two Steelcase leap v2 chairs purchased from Madison Seating. The first chair arrived pristine with no damage, scuffs, or other issues. The 2nd chair appeared to have been damaged in shipping. While I was initially worried that Madison Seating would give me a runaround or take large amounts of time to correct the issue: their customer services replied within a few hours and immediately set about making things right. Besides the chair being damaged in shipping and my unfounded fears over having to work thru Madison Seating's customer service. I would recommend them and buy another chair from them. One caveat is that this was a remanufactured / reworked chair to being with. "

"Don't waste your time! I tried to purchase a Steelcase chair - only to find *AFTER* checking out that there was a 10-14 day time BEFORE shipping (not including holidays and weekends). I inquired about this and was told that's their policy and due to covid (isn't that a convenient excuse) there wasn't anything they could do about it. After some back and forth, where I then learned it would be 18-30 days before my item even left their warehouse (making the lead time 4-6 weeks for an in stock office chair), their customer service responded that I seemed unhappy and would I like to cancel my order, which I did.
Terrible service, and terrible experience overall. The whole experience feels like I was dealing with people in China or India selling knocks offs but who knows?"
"Due to the pandemic, I began shopping for an office chair to use at home. I wasn't sure where to turn to for an ergonomic chair, but I am glad I went with Madison Seating. Madison Seating's website is user friendly and allows you compare between a larger selection of ergonomic chairs. I purchased a Freedom Chair by Humanscale. My order was processed in a timely fashion, I was provided the tracking information for my order, and the chair matched the specifications I selected. I will return to Madison Seating for my next office chair purchase."

Dealing with Madison Seating was a HUGE mistake. Took 2 1/2 months for the chair to arrive, during which they blamed the delay on Covid & FedEx - not them. When I questioned their veracity, they said they had responded to me promptly. Response isn't resolution!
Then the chair arrived today and it doesn't function. The controls don't work. I asked a colleague who has this exact chair to help me, and he said it wasn't working. Shipping it back for a working chair will cost over $220.
PLEASE, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SELLING DEFECTIVE CHAIRS AND THEN TURNING THEIR BACK ON THE BUYERS."

"I bought a refurbished Steelcase Leap V2 fully expecting some minor cosmetic issues. However what I got was a chair with a loud, clunking, grinding reclining mechanism. When I tried to replace the chair they wanted a video showing the issue, which I sent them and got no response other than they couldn't figure out how to download the videos they requested which I linked from Google Drive (yes, sharing was enabled for those videos, and my friend was able to access them from his email). So then I request a refund, only these people expect you to pay the bill for shipping because the "novelty" of their company is you get highly discounted chairs. Shipping from Washington to their turdstain of a company is only a measly $200, no biggie, only half the price of the chair.
Just stay away from these people, DO NOT take a chance at getting a good chair unless you are feeling very lucky and or want to **** a fool's gold brick when you see the return shipping cost."

"I wish I could comment on the quality of product, but I did not receive my chair after nearly 4 months of waiting and sub-par customer service. I ordered a chair mid-July 2020. The website did have a banner mentioning that COVID19 would potentially delay orders, but when my confirmation came it said 10-15 days. That timeframe came and went, but understanding supply chain issues, I tried to call them. There phone support is shut down and the voicemail instructed me to email them for an update. I emailed them in early August and was told mid-August. Emailed again when that date came and went, they responded with a canned email exactly the same as the first delay, but with a new shipping estimate of late August. Date came and went, emailed them early September, new shipping estimate of mid/late September. Date came and went, emailed early October, new shipping estimate of mid-October. Date came and went, emailed late October, new shipping estimate of mid-November. Date came and went, I sent one last email telling them I'd like to cancel if they could not provide a concrete date, they sent another canned email with a new date, not acknowledging my request to cancel, and I asked them to cancel one more time and they did. I understand the supply chain has been interrupted during COVID, but there is a way to handle customer service, and this is not it. Very disappointed in the lack of communication and transparency. When I initially saw the prices I thought they were too good to be true, and it turned out that was the case.

"I never thought Madison Seating was so focused on customer satisfaction. With COVID19 they do not have a service to answer phone calls, but it is impressive how they track each step of your purchase with you via email.
This company is great first for the prices and second for the service.
I recommend them 200% "
