"All of the components were correct and work as promised but the assembly was poor. The condition of the shipping boxes were good meaning the dents and bent metal of the case happened during assembly. It appears as if the sheet metal screws were put it using a cordless drill. Video card was not anchored properly and was loose with it arrived. Cooling fan is very cheap and wire not secured."

"I had originally ordered my computer from best buy with a pretty large order, and had so many problems with the order, I ended up having to get this one from magic micro.

I was already frustrated when I placed the order and so ended up taking it out on the person who contacted me and gracefully offered me an upgrade (free) since my processor was not available.

I was so mad that I was still having issues with this computer that I was rude to her, and then sent emails and called support and sales. I asked to cancel the order and then changed my mind. This lady shipped the computer BACK to me with no problems- I was even too ashamed to request she do this because I was so ugly to her but she offered and I received it in a couple days.

It was the best customer experience I've ever had, ever. I just hate that I behaved that way with her as she went above and beyond to ship me my beautiful computer in time.

"I never got to experience the build I chose because the financing company is no longer in business. I waited days and emailed both companies. The financing company finally emailed me back and said they are no longer in business. Why leave the option on the website if it isn't even an option. So, I went through Best Buy and used their Progressive Leasing instead. Magic Micro is obviously unorganized and not very professional if they can't even maintain their website, and it takes them forever to reply to an email from a customer. "
