Very slow to process my order.

"I'm still waiting for my computer. On more than 3 email exchanges I was told it would be shipped out on the 12th, or 13th.
I'm still yet to receive any shipping notification and my inquiry email on the matter on the 15th was not replied to.
Had I known it woukd take this long I would not had placed order.

I haven’t received anything yet

"Why am I getting asked to review a company that I still haven’t even gotten my product from. Every day that goes by I am loosing money (Music Production Engineer) I ordered a new PC through Magic Micro on 4/3. 3-5 day assembly, 1-2 day shipping. So I should have it by now right? Nope. Still waiting. One more week and I am calling for a refund. "

Oh god I am completely SICK!!!

"There are PARTS MISSING! We did not get what we ordered at all. I have 2 friends that build computers and they ARE COMPLETELY AGHAST at the price I just paid for this machine. The only reason I outsourced was time. I expected professionalism and I got a half assembled piece of downgraded GARBAGE. The 64 bit windows- downgraded to 32, the Coffeelake icore- DOWNGRADED to generic- the extra fans with lights and remote - MISSING COMPLETELY! He can't play this without FANS!!! It's a 2,400 dollar pile of garbage. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM A BAREBONES SHOP AGAIN!"

We received your order 2 weeks ago on Friday, Apr 2nd. All our systems are built to order and it takes 5 to 7 business days to process custom system orders. Unfortunately, current supply chain disruptions and global semiconductor shortage causing assembly slowdowns which added a few extra days for order fulfillment.

Your order already shipped out and should be delivered tomorrow. Package shipped via FEDEX Tracking# 504743448945.

We are sorry our current delivery time did not meet your expectations. I hope you can take into consideration that the majority of fully custom PC producers require 4 to 5 weeks to complete custom-built orders.”

Lackluster service, order prepared incorrectly. Be careful and inspect!

"I was told that I should upgrade some components for compatibility and longevity which I agreed to and paid extra for. Upon my own inspection I discovered that the upgraded cpu fan we discussed was not installed. My only option was to get a refund on the fan.

No other good will was offered and I've yet to receive the refund.

No communication at all

"I just got my son a new built P.C. and it came today was unaware it was coming so it was outside for five hours in the heat I called customer service explain to her what happened told her we never got a tracking number just one email with the confirmation that we place an order About 2 weeks ago and we notice the uso port is lose in the back she tells me you call the wrong department and need to call again and press 3 for technical support. And that they have Nothing to do with shipping that I had so call FedEx to get an update for tracking the order. I called again and dial technical support and had to leave a voicemail because Their technical support is busy at the moment and no one called me back. I’m not happy one bit they should have better Communication with the client and keep them update and now Blaming third parties for their mistakes "

"The customer service representative went way above and beyond on recommending components and helping me build a wonderful gaming computer system. She was very polite and very knowledgeable in building my system. I cannot thank her enough for all her help and recommendations. The sales department decided to upgrade a few of the components which only made my gaming system even better. I love my new gaming computer and I am very grateful for all the help and support that I received building this gaming system. Definitely 5 stars + on assistance, recommendations and knowledge. Also my computer is fast and totally awesome. 5 stars + all around."
