"I found MagicMicro on eBay when looking for a custom, high-end, graphics machine. Their pricing was a few hundred dollars less for the same computer elsewhere online. The computer arrived on time, as spec'd, and worked great for a day when the video card went bad. I called and they said I could ship the entire machine or GPU back for repair. I chose to drive to their office, as I live close, and they replaced the card on the spot while I waited and even installed an additional fan at no charge, to ensure the GPU stayed cool. Great company and experience. I will buy my next computer(s) from MagicMicro and recommend others do as well."
"First they jumped through hoops to get your purchase, then the next day and onward they were like shut up and wait for it. Went beyond dates to build as promised then shipped a system with different components than requested without asking if it was OK with the customer first. Delays in delivery then arrives damaged case they said happened during shipment but their other cases in warehouse were all damaged as well. So you read through the lines. Then getting the damaged parts replaced hasn't been easy either. Still waiting. Hopefully I will not have other problems yet to be seen as I am sure it will be like pulling another molar for those. Not recommending to anyone unless poor customer satisfaction isn't an issue with you."

"Purchased my first rig/build through Magic Micro: Ohio. A simple Haswell I3 and some old tech. My first build had a power draw issue, that one of their technicians got with me and helped me out. Flash forward to 2021. Looking for a new DIY build rig, built on their site with ease, had a minor tech issue with mhz of ram spec to new processor, their customer service got ahold of me promptly and it was sorted out. I cannot wait to receive my new build. Cheers to Elena! I wish this company long life and success. Do business with them, they'll take care of you. Only current downside is shipping times, but I think we all understand the current state of tech components at this time so patience is virtuous. "
"I ordered and paid two weeks ago and have yet to receive an order number or any written confirmation. I have contacted them several times via phone and email and they assure me that everything is OK. I have signed up at their website where they are supposed to keep me up to date but nothing has ever shown up there. I have my fingers crossed."

“Dear Jon. We are sorry to hear this transaction did not meet your expectations. All our systems are built to order. Our average processing time for a custom system is about 5 buns days. We received your order on May 12. It was shipped on the 5th business day May 19 and it was delivered in 4 days on May 24th.
Please understand that delivering a made-to-order computer system is way different from ordering premade out-of-the-box PC from Amazon. Most custom PC manufacturers require a 4 to 6 weeks wait time. We are sorry that the item was damaged in shipping. Unfortunately, we can't control what happens at FedEx and UPS during transit. All our systems are well packed and all packages shipped insured. Normally, in case of shipping damage, we replace the entire PC. Since you opted to receive just new case panels they had to be ordered from the case manufacture. This is why it took about a week to receive new panels. I see that replacement panes were already delved to you. Once again we apologize for the shipping damage. ”
