"Customer support was pretty good. Computer was shipped fast. However, before I purchased it I asked the sales if there was anything he saw that I could do to make it better. Now I find I'm having to buy 4 sticks of different ram. ( As it now only has 2 sticks of ram and my motherboard supports quad channel ram for maximum memory bandwidth.) I wish I would have known that upfront, so I didn't have to buy additional ram. That was specifically why I asked if there was anything else I should do the computer for speed.
The computer was build on a Friday, I ordered on a Monday so this would not happen, as employees work fast on Fridays. ( It is statistically proven )
When the computer did arrive part of the Liquid cooler was flopping around inside the tower, not even snapped in place. Also 2 of the fans were missing, not even installed. Screws in the power supply weren't even tight, and one of the wires on the motherboard was halfway off, not even snapped in place.
Customer service did make it right by sending new fans, but I didn't even get a "sorry about that".
Just not what I expected for spending 1500 dollars on a computer."
