At one point I did have to ask the status of my order in which the rep indicated there was a problem with one part. He said it was corrected and expedited my order to me. Overall turn around time was quick.
They are now on my 'good' list of folks to deal with.

The only thing I would suggest is having the option, when ordering it, to ask that instead of it being shipped to my home I could have asked to have it retained at the UPS hub since it needed a signature and I wasn't going to be home when it was scheduled to arrive."

when I was deciding what I would be needing.
after having it a few days, I called & talked to the same guy,
after telling him that his info wasn't at all clear, the phone went '
dead '. as I sat there fuming, another person picked up the line
it seems the line wasnt ' dead ', it was transferred, I guess to
his boss, although he didn't say who he was.
he wasn't at all interested in what I had to say. just told me that
the guy I talked to knew what he was doing , so it must be MY mis-
understanding.
now, I don't claim to be ANY WHERE NEAR an expert in pc's,
I had told the man ( name was Allan ) that it would be nice if
they invented some kind of filter for the fans, would help with
pet hair & such. he told me that they had that feature. he then
had me scroll down to the SONATA ( NEVER told me to right
click to see specs ) he said this 1 has 2 fans & you can remove
wash & replace filters.
since this was EXACTLY what I wanted, I up-graded to it.
this is why I called back after delivery, it WAS NOT as described

The Windows product ID stickers are provided to us by Microsoft and they would be the same size for any computer you buy anywhere else. We are aware that Microsoft product key strikers could be hard to read this is why we keep records of all product keys in case sticker becomes unreadable or damaged. Customers can always contact our office to request copy of their Windows product key number.
