"The product and sales ahead of time was very good. however when I questioned a part of my bill the gentleman from customer service was very sarcastic and talked down to me as if I were his child or something. "PC Failed out of box, failed to even POST. Support hours are limited, no evening hours. Have to call during day from work, then work on PC at home at night, then call back next day or take off from work trying different solutions until "Customer Service is contact for authorization for replacement".
Once exchange was granted, was not notified of shipment tracking so now missed delivery. When I do get replacement will see if my rating will change.
UPDATE:
2nd system failed out of box, would not boot to BIOS, well at lest the power didn't shut off. Spent the night re-seating memory, booted ONCE only showed 8GB of 16GB installed.
Used online tech support, no response. Used online RMA Request, NO RESPONSE 27+ hours. Called Customer service, transferred to tech support. NO ANSWER went to voice-mail and still no response.
Probably will have to do a chargeback to credit card."

When we placed item on back order you had to receive automatic email with backorder notification. Sound like you may not receive that email or it may get in to spam. Once again we apologize for any miscommunications.
