"The machine exactly matched the order, which was good. But, the heat sink was badly bent (could have happened during shipping or maybe even by me installing components).

Contacted tech support and got very slow responses (1+ days) to my questions. And, oddly, tech support believed the machine should have been running ~80C, but after I fixed the heat sink (bent it back into shape and reapplied thermal paste), it doesn't run hotter than 40C (after an hour of BF3). Which makes me wonder about their burn in testing."
