"not a horrible company but some things could be better The assembly was a little shoddy with my heatsink blocking 2 ram ports easily fixed by changing the placement of the fan also had to clean up thermal paste off the motherboard and around the CPU slot, not a huge deal i usually use my own thermal paste anyway most places use that ceramic garbage and MM was no different just wish they hadnt gotten it all over the place . was shipped missing air duct and PSU cable partition and sli bridge for the motherboard but after a call to customer service I had my parts shipped i assembled the rest of my system and it works great minus a few hiccups when first assembled. I think MM would be a great company to buy from if they put a little more care into their assembly "

Finally - the assembled machine did not start when I hooked it up - i opened it and noticed that the power button was not connected, so I connected it and the machine started without problems.

"Fairly good experience. Website and customization easy to navigate. Only issue I had was with waiting the 2 1/2 weeks to get it. Customer service was excellent when I called with questions regarding the timeframe. Received the case and parts in good condition and after taking a little bit to figure out what I was doing, booted it up and ran it just fine. While the waiting period was a bit longer than I thought, I am happy that everything was in working order when I received it."

"They were awesome! The heat sink came off during shipping (which is totally conceivable as it only clips on) and I called them the same day worried over damage to the board and other parts. They were so helpful and immediately had another on its way and with no hassel had the delivery people pick up the questionable one! They also did a check in to make sure the replacement was up to standard of what we ordered and nothing had gone wrong there. The barebones machine we ordered is a dream.
