"I ordered a barebones setup with the basics installed. Firstly, I ordered it on 3/1/2013, They finally shipped out my order on 3/12/2013, I received it 2 days later. Which was pretty good on the delivery part. My beef is the sloppy setup inside the case. Upon opening the package I could hear something rattling. It was the CPU fan, the heatsink was slightly damaged as well due to the CPU fan rattling around. Now, before MagicMicro's response comes in with "This was done during shipping" it was not! The reason I say this is the CPU fan wouldn't even FIT, thanks to the heatsinks installed on the memory. So theres physically no way they tested this unit due to this sloppy work! Your lucky I gave you 2 stars, just for the fact that I received everything I ordered. You need to adjust your compatibility list, and also need to audit your techs as well as get ISO certified. Will I ordered from this place again? Maybe... but most-likely no."
