The course materials do not disappoint and the ability to do on desktop , Ipad or smart phone is a plus. "Once I enrolled, I found the web process of actually getting started quite confusing and not really intuitive. I think a person of average intellect can eventually see what you need to do and when, but there is no clear path of how to get started, and the system does a lousy job of keeping track of where you are in the process. I will get through it and it is clear that the folks who wrote the materials understand the CG's mindset in testing (I have been through the exam before, but my license expired and I did not renew in time), The learning process is not really sequenced very well. The web interface needs customer feedback to make more friendly, intuitive and to keep track of progress better."
