"While I was happy with the ease of ordering and the quick delivery of their products, the mats I received were thin and of very poor quality. I’d say they were half as thick as typical mats. I was surprised by this since matting isn’t that expensive and as a photographer I’ve seen a lot of mats. "

"Ordered a custom Mat, white. The bad...package and product within arrived bent in half and warped. It was not packaged well at all. Also, the Mat IS white, but the beveled cut for the opening is a different color, like a yellow light brownish particle board. WEIRD! I ordered a white Mat, I should get a white Mat. Clearly the white part is a thin layer of paper over particle board! The good...The Mat was cut to the proper size and arrived on time. I will not be using them again. "
