"Love the matte with the image chosen. I loved that your ordering process cautions about leaving an extra quarter inch before ordering. My image was odd sized and needed to be custom cut. I was going to get 12x18, but it did need to go 11.5 for the width. The 18 was OK because the photo was longer than 18 and had margin.
The gold trim inside the matte looks so expensive (it wasn't cheap) but so worth it for a family heirloom.
I expected it to take longer to receive, but it got here faster than I expected & packaged well.
