"The color, texture, thickness, and overall quality of the mat was good. The reason for the less than 5 stars is that the mat was slightly too big to fit in the frame so I had to trim it myself (kind of defeats the purpose of ordering custom) and the inside opening was also slightly too big, so a very tiny portion of the border of my art shows through the mat. I measured after I received the mat, and the sizes of the inside and outside were not exactly what I ordered. Unfortunately, I may not order again because I don’t know whether I should allow a similar tolerance in measurements in the future or whether this was a one-time thing. "
