"I found the site very helpful in making my decision to purchase an adjustable bed. The menus provided a wealth of information comparing the various adjustable options, features, and prices. The mattress rating of firmness/softness was helpful, and I liked the breakdown of materials used in the mattress, such as number of coils, material, etc. I am hopeful I will truly enjoy my first adjustable bed, and also the brand I picked - Stearns and Foster, which I don't believe I have ever slept on in my 64 years of sleeping. In the end, Meghan, was on the on-line chat and answered any final questions I had. So the first leg of my experience in purchasing from US-Mattress has been very good, and I am hopeful the last leg will the same."

"I had a delivery issue for my mattress exchanging.
It is not about US-Mattress but it is a delivery company issue. I've waited for almost more than a month after the mattress has been produced.
I had great communication with one of the support team members, Ryan, and he is just wonderful.
He tried to solve the problem every day and updates me on any issues.
If you had a bad experience with other companies' customer services, US-Mattress is different.

"Our mattress was in transit for over 6 weeks with Pilot Services and at times could not be tracked. I turned to your company on week 4 and Ryan was the most helpful individual as far as customer service I have ever received! He did his best to find it from city to city and through many logistical systems. The mattress ordering and support from US Mattress was outstanding - just the shipping was an issue with the vendor. Otherwise, we are VERY PLEASED with our mattress and had the best sleep we have had in months, literally. I would order from this company again but would request a different delivery service, if possible. The quality of our mattress is outstanding! Thanks again to Ryan for all the help he gave us."

"It was a glitch that I was been charged mutilple times when I place the order online and chooses synchrony Home finance a the first place. I contacted the synchrony, their customer service was not as good as their promotion. To avoid that glitch happening again, I choose to make the order by phone with us mattress. It is I didn't know that the order placed by phone can't be tracked on their website. Fortunately US mattress’s customer service got our back. Ryan helped to contact with the manufacturer and update to me regularly. Due to the global logistics crisis the order has been delay which is understandable. Thanks to Ryan, the communication was effortless."
