"Customer service was great, they answered all my questions to my satisfaction and I ordered my mattress. They kept me informed regularly on the progress and delivery. Unfortunately the delivery company gave me excuses each time they set up and canceled my delivery, it happened 3 times and on the very day it was supposed to be delivered. On the 3rd time the delivery company told me the mattress was missing at the dock. I had called US Mattress to cancel, pretty fed up although it was not the fault of US Mattress, it was the delivery company. I’m giving 5 stars for the effort Sosan put into making sure I received my mattress. Sosan from US Matress contacted me and was very apologetic and assured me she would use a different delivery company and follow it through to delivery. She was good on her word, I got regular e-mails from her right up to the day of delivery. She was in contact with the delivery company to make sure it all ran smoothly, it did, and I received my mattress. This was truly customer service and Sosan should be commended for a job well done."
