"Nothing special good experience"
"Two weeks after I placed an order with US-Mattress, and after they had tested my credit card with no problems, I received an email telling me my order was canceled. The reason they gave was "bad zip code." I have no idea what that means, and contacting them didn't get me any more information. I've purchased a Saatva mattress since then, and I'm probably better off having done so than buying anything through US-Mattress. I don't recommend buying from this flakey company."

"Everything so far has been great. Allen Ford at the West Bloomfield showroom was the utmost expert and took all the time needed to help us find the right bed. He was friendly and patient too!
The gentlemen that delivered the bed were courteous and quick! They made sure the bed was the height I wanted and that the remotes worked. They referred me back to customer service because they could not take the select number mattress, base and frame away. Zak at customer service got right on it and is setting up the removal of that bed. Haven’t slept on it yet but if the sleep is as good as sales, delivery and service we will be highly satisfied!!"
