"LEFT message on your email and know one responded but the two mattress's were delivered on time and the crew was great. Not sure that I have the right mattress for my wife's bed she has MS and the edge seem that not as firm and it collapse's when I put her on it with the sit to stand lift and she almost slides off. It showed that that the edge support was to be firm . Waiting for the 3o day is up and we well have to see about a change for her it scares her . Jim "

"Good product good price. Took a long time from purchase to delivery. Hard to get status of order. Customer service agents nice but drop the ball in giving updates. Had to take the initiative to find out what is going on. Not proactive in telling of delivery later than originally promised. Delivery people were great on site. "
"The short version - terrible customer service and hidden fees take advantage of customers.
The long version - I waited over a month and US Mattress was still unable to tell me if my mattress had shipped or where it was. When I called to cancel my order, I was shuffled to 4 different representatives who tried to coerce me into not cancelling. When I told them my mind was made up, I was suddenly informed that they don't allow cancellations after 24 hours and there is a $250 cancellation fee. Of course, none of this was explained on the main website's Return/Cancellation Policy page. It's hidden in an obscure article on a support page that most customers won't even know exists until after they order and have the link mailed to them.
The moral of the story is... US Mattress beat me out of $250 after they failed to deliver. Don't get taken advantage by them like I was."

"In store bought luxury Serta Hybrid Icomfort mattress and Sealy Ease adjusting power base bed frame & 2 storm #1 pillows for almost $3,000. I was to get email when delivery dept got my order but heard nothing. I was never told about a 120 day trial. Later looked online & saw I could get points for my purchase which salesman did not tell me about. Waited on chat but no one picked me up. Sent email & customer service added points. Ordered a mattress cover with points allowed to use & then ordered pillow protectors with rest of points allowed to use. Had a hard time with second order so contacted customer service but gal couldn't help me so passed me on to someone who didn't want to hear my story & patched me back to 1st dept where another girl figured it out how to help me. Then customer service emailed me to say I submitted a negative review & to delete it. I didn't know what they were talking about as I didn't do a review. He told me who to contact. I went to that website & it's not possible to delete a review which I could not find anyway so I sent that business a message but never heard from them. Then U.S. Mattress had a cute pet contest. I entered my pets pic. Later I see people were voting for the cutest pet but mine wasn't on there. I sent SEVERAL emails as to why and I NEVER received a response back. Did I not get a response or my pic posted because of a negative review which I NEVER did? I was suppose to get mattress in 2 weeks but it took 7 weeks. They are still advertising 2 weeks. Delivery man never called me, just knocked on door. I asked why & he said he texted me. I said I don't have a mobile phone & order says to call. He didn't have tools. I gave him my tools to take old bed frame apart but he stripped the nut. He said they don't take the old frame though my salesman said they did. I said there are brackets that should have come with this to put headboard on. He said it doesn't take a headboard. Said he didn't have brackets. I said there should be & then what are brackets for. Finally he sent his helper to truck & got the brackets & put my headboard on. The next day I called my salesman to have someone come back out as bed was 3 inches too high & needed the leg sections removed. He said they came in 3 sections of 3 inches each (website says that) but they come in 4 sections of 3 inches each. A few things he told me was not what things were. I called him every week for 3 weeks. Last call he said they had emailed me & texted a week before to set up app't. I said I never heard from them & don't text. Then he was able to set up app't for me right then & said they would text before coming & again I said they must call not text so in a few days new guys came back out & fixed the leg height. I found a friend who finally got the nut off my old frame. Bed is a #6. I feel it is a tad hard but sleep good on it. I sit on the side & slide off a bit. Pillows are heavy but good. Hard time putting on mattress protector as it's slippery but I did it. Only thing is every morning after I get up because of sliding off the edge the sheets are pulled to the edge. I just wish customer service was better then it is. Online as well as delivery. I was very happy with my salesman. I didn't get anything free so don't know if anything was offered as I see things are online. I hope adjustable bed doesn't have a problem as it costs money for someone to come out I understand. My remote was locked up & when I had talked to salesman he told me who to call but I figured it out on my own that it's a child lock & I must of rolled on it in my sleep. I learned online that my pillows have a soft side & a hard side. I didn't know that. "

"The mattress arrived weeks after it was promised and it has a flaw in the outer material so I’m assuming that there is no quality control. I reported it and I must say that their Complaint Department was superb. We settled on my getting a partial refund and a $100.00 gift card. All is ok. "
