Ordered on the 10th and received it on the 18th of Dec. Box looked like it made a few trips around the world but everything ok inside. I would check their site and order from them again. "

"I ordered a Honda snowblower on 11/23. I received an email stating they have my order. I have not heard anything else from them, no shipping info. I called them on 11/26 to find out the status of my order. Customer service was in a meeting and I was told they would call me back....no call...so I called them today..Saturday 11/30..guess what? Customer service is not there..it's only the biggest shopping weekend of the year...meanwhile they have my money...I dont think I will be ordering from them again. UPDATE..so I received the snowblower today, which is great, but I still never received a notice that the item was shipped (which for a $600 item is important) . "

"The product is all it claims to be and it was priced fairly. The only thing about the service was the condition of the package and product when it came in. Paint scratched and both front wheels were bent ( I was able to fix this.) I would not of accepted this but the person on our dock did, so I just repaired them. Not the perfect buy but overall it was a good experience "
