"Since I have not yet received the mower this survey is a bit premature however it has been very frustrating not being able to track my order online as I can do with Amazon. If you want a benchmark for customer service they are it. Given that we travel a lot not knowing when the item will come is problematic. Also when I ordered I was told I would receive a confirming email. Never came. I finally called and one was sent. I guess these are not major items but if I could have obtained the same item at the same price from Amazon I would have just for the convenience and constant/prompt customer contact.
October 28 update; Received my mover the day I posted the above review. The delivery was definitely within the proscribed timeframe and the mower was packed well, in good shape, and runs beautifully. MaxTool came through in the end."
