"I made the order from an other country and requested items to be sent to address in USA, i received order confirmation very quickly and my items were sent to my friend in US just a few days later..
I ordered from this company because a friend of mine did order similar products just a few month earlier from here and he was very pleased with how his order was handled. "

"Well where do i start well i ordered a makita 9pc kit at a great price i thought compared to price in England. I made sure this company could be diligent with overseas orders (Mistake) and as the website said international orders taken i went ahead and ordered the set. This is where the trouble began, i clicked on the order page and it all seemed fine the website placed my order and i thought i would receive my package. This where i learned that the website if you click open a other page you make a double order, well how was to know that!! i only found this out when i checked my bank account and found that they had charged me twice, well i rang customer service line and they said no problem and said i would get a full refund, well they seemed to be no problem with that so whilst on the phone i asked the young guy if i could order some extra batteries for the 9pc kit yer no problems said the guy on the phone. Well i told that i should expect the delivery in about 10 days. In the End for some reason unknown to me the whole order was cancelled, probably because of the double order and i received nothing and a refund for the lot well this sounds ok until you take into account the bank charged me an overseas fee for every transaction and also a high exchange rate, so for my trouble i receive no tools and in the end the whole thing cost me well over $120 or 65 pounds in charges and telephone calls. Still have had no return of my last e-mail explaining why the order was cancelled, as still need the tools, Would order again but to worried that it will all go wrong again and end up with no tools a a bank bill for nothing. So Thanks a lot Maxtool you are rubbish and i would definitely not use you ever again unless you take back the fees i have incured because of your incompetence. Yer like what are the chances of that happening when they customer service cannot even ring me back when they said they would, or they man Derrik cannot e-mail me anything of any sense. So Thanks again Maxtool for proving you are truly not capable of overseas transactions. Adrian King England."

When I need a new tool I go stright to their catalog.Their selection is better than most stores and they mus ship before the ink dries on the order, because i have it in about 2 days.I can't remember ever having to return an order but I am sure they would handle it quickly and properly.
