"I ordered 5 Canon and Sony batteries for $240.00. They were promptly shipped and I received 4 batteries not 5. The 4 batteries were packaged in Sony and Canon packages. All of the batteries were cheap knockoff batteries from China with a value of $30.00. This merchant should not only be avoided, he should be put out of business. Bait and switch type crook."

"Very poor vendor. Ordered a Nikon charger. They called the next day to say sorry but the charger was out of stock. They had another model which I stupily ordered without checking out. They said it was $30 off retail. Turned out to be 3 times the going rate. When I called for a return they said chargers are non refundable. Live and learn."

"I ordered a Canon battery and had it shipped to my mother for her camera. She was called the next day by a sales associate and was told the battery was out of stock. She was told they could send a more expensive substitute for the same price. The battery she received was actually lower quality and 1/3 of the price of the Canon. I am very disappointed in MelloDigital. Based on similar reviews I just read, they have scammed others as well. DO NOT BUY FROM MELLODIGITAL!!!"

I was offered an off-brand charger that was "better" for the same low price. I opted not to since I tend to follow Canon's advice and use only Canon branded chargers with my very expensive camera.

They canceled the order quickly but I wish their website had just showed a status of "back ordered" as it would have saved me time."
