"Purchased a bare bone computer in February 2003. The driver CD was cracked when it arrived. I drove to Toledo, about 200 miles round trip, and they burned another one for me. I had problems with the modem and sent several e-mails but received no reply. Tried to phone but trying to navigate through their phone system was too much for me.I swore I'd never buy from them again, however I just ordered a CNR modem which I couldn't find anywhere else. This definitely will be my last order. This outfit has no customer service, whatsoever."
