But they were unreachable by phone or email to answer my questions about it. This was understandable given the coronavirus crisis, and it turned out my question was dumb. So bottom line: very good."

"Bought a memory card and thumb drive. Both MicroCenter brand. One put in a table the other 256 was used to back up critical data on our file server and transferred to an off site storage center.
Both came quickly, worked flawlessly great price even without being on sale."

"I placed an order and everything was in stock at the time of order. A couple days later they emailed to say an item could not be fulfilled. The the day the other two items were to ship I get an email saying my entire order was cancelled. So here I am a week later back at square one when I should have had my items in the next couple of days. Probably will never order from them again if items can go out of stock after you order. Items should be reserved for your order. I have never had a company cancel an order after it was placed because items were no longer in stock. This seems like a bad way to do business if you cannot keep track of inventory and deliver on it."
