"I ordered a monitor and was sent the wrong model. When I called to get this corrected I was told I would get a refund so I could order the monitor again (they couldn't just send it because the warehouse near my home was out of stock apparently) and once I received the correct monitor I would send back the wrong one (I need the monitor to work from home during quarantine). I waited a week for a refund that never came. I called and was told they had no record of what I was told and that I needed to send the monitor back to get a refund. I asked to speak with a supervisor. None were available and I was told they would call me back asap. Apparently they were all busy for over a week and too busy for a phone call because I only received an email stating: "Once the RMA has been processed, you can reorder the monitor again. Unfortunately we did not have any notes saying that this was to be replaced. I do apologize for the misunderstanding. I recommend reordering the monitor once the refund has been processed." Keep in mind they know I was sent the wrong model and they are still not taking responsibility for their mistake. If it was a comparable model I might let it slide but I received a lower tier monitor, I did not get what I paid for. This is also after I have spent over $2k in the past few weeks at their store."
