Never got my items and item got cancelled 3 days after order was placed

"Ordered 3 items over a week ago, one got cancelled 3 days after order was placed, one that shipped never got delivered even though tracking says it was delivered, and there is no update on the last item... Did it get cancel? Did it get shipped? Status on site says "Routed"... Overall totally bad experience. Totally understand with COVID situation of non-essential items is not a priority, but at least keep the status of order up to date, if it takes two weeks, say so."

Terrible!!!

"I ordered a pc case and 4 days later they canceled my order saying that they don’t have it anymore. Checked the website and they still saying it’s in stock and ready to ship!?!? Lian li Razer edition pc case. So idk what game you guys are playing but when I bought my case I bought parts with it. Now I have to return my parts because I don’t have a case to put it in. "

Half the order arrived.

"Ordered four items. Order split into 2 shipments of 2 items each. One arrived in about a week.
The second shipment, according to FedEx, has been in Columbus Ohio for the last 10 days. Items
not particularly expensive nor critical, but at this point most likely a write off. More important
situations exist now, so just waiting.

It was a long wait

"I ordered a corsair rx750 psu and according to what was supposed to be in the box I received a sata cord that was supposed to have four plugs instead I got two three plugged cords and if I didnt need the power supply I would return it but because I do I definitely do not wanna go through a return process with you guys it already took forever to get here so Ill just buy another one."

waste of time and a hassle

"They let me order, but then they canceled the order a couple days later, and held my money a few days longer than that. If you don't have an item in stock, don't let me order it.

I have another order which they apparently can't figure out how to ship. It's been sitting for over a week in their warehouse or wherever it is, the order status says "routed" which doesn't mean anything.
