"Micro Center left me on hold with customer service for TWO HOURS and still never picked up the phone. Their website has their customer service "live chat" set to "offline" so you don't actually know when they'll answer.

According to my bank, they either cancelled my order or took my money without contacting me, as the charge has just disappeared from my bank account without a trace. And of course, I have had absolutely zero communication with them since my order a week ago. Awful way to conduct a business. Sign up for Amazon Prime or shop on NewEgg for PC Parts, Micro Center is NOT worth the hassle."

"I ordered two of these lightweight USB 3.0 hubs , one each for two telescope platforms designed to "ride" on the telescope/mount. The hub produces no signs of lag distributing high speed data between a Mini-PC, two cameras (image and control data), an auto tracking mount, an auto focuser, and a filter selection wheel.
Nice appearance with a durable plastic housing, solid connections and excellent inline layout for my application. I used Velcro to mount it to my platform. I couldn't be happier with this purchase."
